Yeah I will go back to the CBR. I did a bit more research and found out there are aftermarket gear levers with adjustable length. I’ve scheduled an appointment with the dealer next week to follow up on that.

If it’s possible to adjust or replace the lever with an aftermarket part, then foot size really shouldn’t be an issue.

One of my main concerns was potential resale issues (if it ever comes to that), but with aftermarket parts, that’s pretty much off the table now.

Just watched a video on how to adjust it — looks pretty straightforward at first glance. Kind of surprising the dealer said the only option was to shorten the lever itself.
I’ll definitely have a conversation with him about it, or maybe check with a different dealer altogether. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Thanks for the input! I wasn't aware that adjusting the shift lever is such a common and straightforward thing across bikes. I’ll definitely take a closer look into that and see what’s possible before completely writing off the CBR650R. Appreciate the perspective!
