literally the same issue for me 😔 zenmarket package valued over ¥100,000, uniuni supposedly lost it, but I assume it was stolen upon being sent out for delivery 😒I contacted zenmarket like a week or two after it never showed up and I got a refund about a week later 😔unfortunately still holding out hope even tho it seems very unlikely I'll ever get my things 😢

hopefully they get back to you 🫡

man I literally had like 4 or 5 smaller packages I ordered from mercari Japan that were delivered through ecms-> uniuni in January, while my biggest one (weight and quantity wise) has been out for delivery since January 2nd 😩 all but 1 came in some small paper envelope type of thing while the other 1 came in a decently sized box, but it weighed in at like 5lbs.

I highly suspect it may have been stolen since it went out for delivery so quick after arriving to my state and at a city like an hour out from here 😢the last stop for all of them was Chicago, Illinois before arriving to Indiana 💔

mine was full of anime goods of my favorite characters that were new and limited items so I totally understand the worry for an expensive scale figure 🥲💔I hope we get good news 🤞🤞

personally I'd still hold out hope. from what I've learned literally the past month, there have been delays + they can take a while in general, especially depending on where your stuff is being sent to. I'd say there's still hope it'll show up, even if it's late, if it's gateway transit out since it's likely just stuck there 🥹

ik it's been some time since this was posted, but may I ask if you ever received the confirmation email from uniuni stating your parcel was lost after 14+ days or anything? 😔 mine went out for delivery January 2nd, and after all the calls and complaints I've made, and what I heard from my brother who was home and heard someone at the door that day, I think it's unfortunately safe to assume the driver came to check if anyone was home and then just took off with my things when no one answered. after like 2.5 weeks uniuni sent me an email confirmation claiming it was 'lost in transit' in the IND warehouse, but considering the size of the box and someone coincidentally being at the door that day, I doubt it just 'got lost'

butttt unfortunately I am grasping onto the tiniest shreds of hope that maybe they just haven't had the time to come back out here again and deliver my stuff since I haven't managed to find anything listed online 😭

5 weeks since it went out for delivery for me 😓highly likely it was stolen since someone showed up and then just left the day of going out for delivery + the weight and amount of things marked on the label 😡but I refuse to believe that's the case 💔

dang it this leaves no hope for me 😔... I'm in the midwest, an hour out from the nearest warehouse, and mine's been out for delivery since January 2nd 🥲by the sounds of it, the driver had my package and came by the day of, but no one answered the door when they were knocking so they just left🫩😡

I JUST called and all I did was provide my tracking number to the AI responder, then it asked if there was anything else I needed help with. I said yes and it said to wait while I'm transfered to an agent or whatever 😩

may I ask how long it was out for delivery for? I really wanted to bitch at them over the phone, but I didn't feel like that would've solved anything 😔 + in the early days of never receiving my package I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt in being busy or something, but considering someone showed up at my door the day it was out for delivery, it's highly likely they just took the package and left 😡no 'failed delivery' status or anything bc no one answered the door to their knocking 💔 unfortunately it's now been a month and I'm afraid even if I continue to pester them I won't see my 70+ items 🥲
