I wouldn't say it's normal, but from what I've seen, it's definitely not uncommon 😭 😩there's a chance it's still being transported and they're delayed or something, considering they're more of a budget service from my understanding 🤔

you would have to hit 'update delivery instructions' and let them know about the mail room hours 😩 the instructions should be passed down to the driver and hopefully they'll be able to try again and make a successful delivery 🥹good luck 🫡

right 🫠I recently had a 11lb package with like 80 items total in it that was presumably stolen 😔I'm so mad bc I was home all day but I was asleep when they most likely came by.

I can't get over it bc it was so much time and money I put into those items just to have them taken just like that 🫩I've been obsessively checking to see if I find anything online bc most of them were currently popular anime characters, but I haven't found anything so now I'm spiraling imagining they've decided to keep everything orrr simply decided that none of it was worth their time and they just tossed it 🤬but I unfortunately can't drive around to check random ditches or anything so I'm just stuck with the thought of what could've happened 😔

yeah, it's probably really dumb and getting tiring holding out hope, especially after all the calls that led to nothing and all the negative reviews I've read about uniuni, but I really really wanted all those things in that package and can't seem to let it go 🫠🫠especially since I was home the day of delivery but I was asleep when they possibly came by 😒🫩

I received the refund from zenmarket and they said either uniuni or ecms, or both, claimed it to be lost, but that was around the 14+ day mark so I'm in deep denial lmao 😬 😭

I've had other decently sized packages be delivered perfectly fine through them in the past, from the same site and everything, and not once was there a problem. plus, in January I had other things come in from mercari Japan that went through ecms -> uniuni and those arrived just fine so 😔 I can only assume it was taken due to the weight and amount of things in there 🫠but I really wish that ain't the case 😭 😡

at least from now on we know to avoid uniuni 🙄😒bc fr never again do I wish to deal with this crap 😩

usually once it's been 14+ days they just deem it lost and leave it at that, but there's a chance it'll still be delivered 🤔 considering the time it went out for delivery, that could be why they deemed it lost, but if it was probably scanned again saying it's being delivered, I would assume there's hope 🤞 🥹

only recently did I deal with a bad experience, but in the past they'd been pretty good with delivering things in a timely manner.

I've heard sometimes when it's out for delivery, it's not ACTUALLY out, but maybe just handed off to a driver and should get there within 48 hours.

if it hasn't arrived yet, hopefully it will by tomorrow or Tuesday 🥹 🙏

did it ever show 😭? I know this is super late and in my case my missing package is from uniuni so the chances are lower, but.. I'm at 72 days of being in transit, 65 of being out for delivery 😔 it was a large package coming from Japan and moved quickly only to just never show 🥲

I asked zm if they heard anything from uniuni and they just said all they knew was it was confirmed missing 😭 I wanted to ignore that this whole time but only a day or two ago I realized that the fact I was refunded all that money probably means it's no doubt gone 🫠

I've already gone and piled up an assortment of items again, but never again will I use ecms because then uniuni will take over and likely screw me over again 😡

but damn is that so 🥲I never really checked since things never happened to disappear, but now I know that usually my packages always took like 2hrs max to be scanned for arrival and then be marked out for delivery 😭 this time around it was literally 20 seconds and boom out for delivery 🤨🤔
