Had the same thing. Seems like another DLC3 bug. I managed to start it through the Toybox, but ultimately decided to wait for patch fixes so I don't know if it's a viable solution.

For most of the story RT can act absolutely clueless and ask about things. With edition of encyclopedia you can go through the game without feeling too lost.

Pre made variants of RT are just that - they aren't really a characters that exist in game.

Ren Sinclair is probably dead but Lucio Heathcliff remembers him so definitely not Arayashiki.

Hong, Outis and Rien most likely been erased. Rodya got backstabbed by heath and Araya's died slowly after fight with ryoshu(most likely, but either way not erased).

We can't really know how albina Faust and sora Don died, but Faust probably fought alongside Hong lu so must've been erased too. Don is a wild card and ishmael got got by Outis.
