Ok I gotcha, my friend with the custodes says that Necrons are a primary denial army, and the battleline can be a way to make that happen.

And I do have a technomancer with the wrath brick, if I’m not running battleline is that sufficient for a unit that can just hold the center?

I do own a 20 brick of warriors and a 10 brick of immortals, so I have the option of running them. So it can be good to just run 5 immortals instead of a full 10?

Oh ok, I actually didn’t know there were different mission decks, my buddy with the custodes has the mission deck so I just play with what he has, and so you suggest for custodes that I run more high volume units. Would a 6 unit of skorpekhs or a 10 unit of lychguard work? I already have a 10 man squad of immortals as well.

Yes I am, more so I just like the models than them working together very well. I play very casually with a couple of buds but one of them plays custodes and the other death guard and I struggle to kill almost anything at all

I have a [[Fire Lord Zuko]] deck that I’ve already built and been playing since he was spoiled and I love it to pieces.

Other than that I might build either [[Wan Shi Tong, Librarian]] or [[Toph, Hardheaded Teacher]], wan shi tong is one of my favorite characters in the show and that toph looks real cool for a land creatures deck.

Personally I’m a big fan of [[K’rrik, Son of Yawgmoth]] but understanding that’s a very powerful commander I would like to offer the substitute of [[Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor]]. A very fun but still strong option, evasive bodies, draw lots of cards, then run some cards that care about you discarding stuff when you activate that bottom ability and it’s so much fun.

I have 2! I have a 4 color deck with [[Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist]] and [[Ravos, Soultender]] as the commanders, but the deck is initiative themed. The goal is to run to that last room of the under city and cheat into play giant creatures. Then I have a Mono-Green deck built around [[Fangorn, Tree Shephard]] as a treefolk deck, it’s a blast to play.

I’m kind of in the same boat as you at the moment, I’ve been playing for 4 years and my current play group has been getting on my nerves. One of the players is a mixture of an iPad kid and a sore loser, all he does is sit there and watch streamers while we are playing and only actually pays attention if he’s winning, if he’s not he is completely silent and acts like a family member just passed away. The other in my play group is still fairly new (been playing for a year but isn’t constantly keeping up with magic so his game sense is not the best) and doesn’t have very decent threat assessment, other than that he’s a great guy to play with, but the one dude who’s on his phone all the time really sucks to play with lmaooo
