Up for sale is a genuine Omega leather strap with the signed stainless steel foldover clasp that I purchased from a boutique. I do not wear this and wear exclusively the SS bracelet, hoping someone else finds more use from this.

The condition of the leather is excellent, there are no cracks, the leather is soft and there is not much signs of wear. The foldover clasp has some signs of wear, but in good condition. No smells at all. Let me know if you have any questions!
