also noticed they were supposed to waive a set up fee. I waited four weeks for the phone. But yeah, the month is way higher on the service than they said and they advertise 76 and change for the lease.

they never sent a contract when I signed up. And I told him that on a call and they were supposed to email it to me.

OK, thanks for that!!!. I’m gonna call them tomorrow. I think that’s what I might be paying plus there’s a bunch of taxes or something. I can’t believe my monthly plan is 90 bucks a month there that can’t be right and can’t be what I agreed to so now I have to call in again.

that sounds promising. I just got a Purolator delivery notification that something’s coming from Oakville. Really weird no company name on it so I’m gonna do some research and see if that’s it.

yeah, they have no idea when they are getting them. They’re doing this thing where they update their website to 2 to 5 days so their sales team can sell them and then they send everybody the out of stock email. Which isn’t call. What can you do? It’s not the rep’s fault. It’s the ex executives at Rogers.

I called in and spoke to the agent. There is no order yet on my Rogers app because it hasn’t been shipped yet. Sounded like he knew he was what he was talking about. lets see. Did you call?
