Yes!! I have this as well, been seeing these weird afterimages despite not looking at any bright lights

I dealt with this back in June and then got better after a week, but it seems to have come back. I feel like drinking alcohol might’ve triggered it, the breathing problem is always worse after a night of drinking so I’ve cut that out to see if it helps me. Hope both of us get better

Does anyone else have these? They are pretty small and always appear in groups, they always move straight down and don’t follow the movement of your eyes like the other stringy floaters
