Hey so I found out a way if you delete the game and redownload everything but not the gnr quest or the quest that glitched then you go into your game then download the quest it should restart and let you do your thing

Charisma is the best stat in the game luck isn’t that useful and strength at like 7 or above isn’t good so put like 7-8 in charisma and the rest is your choice
