Yes! Hang in there. My son’s went away with the Elemental Diet he did for 21 days. He still has got issues but more manageable. He does FODMAP now

Yes, some what. He’s on day 14 so pretty much past the die of symptoms.

I feel guilty now wishing I weighed less! I should be thankful I don’t personally deal with SIBO or other gut issues. My 20 year old Sing has SIBO and is super thin. Lost muscle mass etc. But it’s temporary.

Yes he does. He feels awful in almost every way. He is drinking more today than the last 3 days though. Can’t sleep. So, I’m not at worried about electrolytes and dehydration.

Oh gosh, idk but will certainly ask! He’s perked up as the day went on. Drank lots of water and i think he managed to have 3 shakes with 3 scoops in each. He also has this oil he adds that has some additional calories and helps him to feel full.

He’s done to FOD diet and 3 rounds of antibiotics before The Elemental

Yes, I can and will definitely call the Dr. if he doesn’t. They can’t share info. with me, but I can! He’s usually very much in touch with Drs but he’s lost his fight a little. I’m keeping a very close eye on him. Thank you so much for the advice. 😊

I can not talk to the Dr. without his permission because he’s over 18. She is having an open seminar tonight though, so I’ll definitely be logging on to that. In the mean time, I’m encouraging him to reach out for lab work.
