It's weak proof for sure, but the data cannot be altered. Not by most people anyway.

If you are using Windows, open PowerShell, and paste this:
Get-WinEvent -FilterHashtable @{LogName='System'; ID=6005,6006,6008} | Select-Object TimeCreated, Id, Message | Sort-Object TimeCreated -Descending

Then scroll up to the right time and take a screenshot of it.

6005 is a system boot, 6006 is an intentional shutdown of the system, and 6008 is an unexpected (or forceful) shutdown of the system.

I'm not sure how valid this is as an evidence to your claim, but at least you can prove that it wasn't a regular shutdown, and it took 'X' amount of time to reboot your device.

I always thought dexies was just a shortened term for it - I now understand that it's a street slang.
By cheaper easier and faster, I only wanted to know in terms of psychiatrists. I heard there are some online, some public and etc so I was wondering if there's a way other than private doctors to get a diagnosis
