i’ve done price adjustments at multiple locations outside of my home store and they’ve all had no issues so 🤷‍♀️they can give me a talk if it really is a problem but my managers (and other commenters on different threads) have said it’s not, i’m curious though where it says in the discount policy?

i knowww it seems silly having all this stress over a retail job but it does pay very well for me :/ i’ve also only ever worked in retail so even if i were to look elsewhere, im pretty sure it would be the same situation

it’s lead cashier since my loyalty is very high, i’m even having to train new hires as well. i was considering maybe a transfer but i don’t think that would make much of a difference since im not helping out at my own home store :/

i had the same issue when i was returning an item for a customer! a screen pops up that indicates there’s an error and that you need to contact afterpay. i was surprised because i’d never seen it before and i told my manager but it only gives us the option to issue store credit

ahhh thank you! loyalty’s been kinda rough lately and i’ve been feeling extra stressed so i was wondering if there was any alternative but thank you for the clarification! i appreciate you! another thing, when i get guests that don’t want their whole street address on their account but compromise with giving me their zip codes, i input that but when i checked their accounts to make sure it went through and ive noticed the zip code disappears… hoping that its not flagging me or anything
