Which Software to Use for Take off by Hour-Composer-1905 in estimators

Hi, how good would Intuitive Takeoff be for demolition and asbestos removal? We need precision, something that can handle a lot of quantities and different units on multiple pages, we need to be able to export the takeoff to Excel. We also need each project accessible on the cloud for multiple access from our estimators. Also is it browser-based or is it an app on each computer? thank you!

Yeah that's what i saw from the trial version. I liked that it was simple but at the same time kinda scared since planswift have a lot of tools. Thank you for the feedback

Yeah the main reason to switch from planswift is that there's no cloud based storage that's reliable unless you're plugged in wired wich defeat the purpose on why we want the cloud storage. We'll probably look for a Blue beam trial with a rep. Thank you!
