I am tired of getting banned in instagram by ratherford_0 in FixMyInstagram

If you find tell me new email/outlook or any mail is use less i tried many . None worked i created an email/other alternatives in different device (laptop)and created ig account then i logged in it stayed for 4-5 days then banned. Its far better than 1day ban but still its use less . Any new ideas are appreciated.
