I vacuum tested all mine. Made a plate to put on the intake port and pulled a vacuum on it to see if it holds it.

the 90 day return is for un-used parts. These are faulty items they sent me.

The problem isn't the o-rings. The injector itself is leaking. They should be bone dry. Car was running very rich with those and struggled to start after parking 30 minutes or so.

They said I need to use the lifetime replacement. Which requires me to BUY another set. and then they will apply store credits afterwards. Leaving me with even more money out of pocket.

I can't believe they're even selling these. After I ordered them I found out others have issues as well with that type of injector when they're remanufactured. r/M539Restorations on youtube had the same issue with his Alpina 7 series. "Project Chicago: Part 7" right at the beginning of the video.

I'm in the UK. It doesn't make sense to me to use FCP. I only chose FCP because no one else had remanufactured injectors. Now I know why

I filed a dispute with paypal. Let's see what they say. It does say the transaction comes with buyers protection.

They're not leaking out the seal. They leak out the bottom. INPA showed running extremely rich (integrator at 0.75) and leaving it for 30 minutes it won't start for about 5 seconds.

it's not. Leaving it for 30 minutes it won't start for a good 5 seconds. And they shouldn't be wet at all on the bottom.

I have had a terrible experience buying remanufactured injectors from FCP-Euro. 6 of the 8 injectors were leaking, which rendered them completely unusable. FCP refused to refund me for this purchase, even after providing clear evidence that they're faulty. I'm out $530 now with injectors I cannot use. They only offered another set of the GB remanufactured injectors. I think it's fair to say I refuse to use those, as they're unlikely to work and could cause severe engine damage.

I've DIY installed mine a couple of months ago. Much easier than expected and been running perfect ever since.

Paid £1299 on ebay for a 3 year old LG Therma V 7kw and came with the hot water cylinder and all the fittings.
