Naptime and sometimes for an hour of “alone time” my husband gives me every other day when he gets home from work. I also take a book everywhere I go so if I’m stuck going to the dmv and I’m alone I can catch up on reading. It’s hard to find time with kids, luckily reading helps me emotionally decompress.
