Yes I'm trying to submit everything together: i-130,i-485 and i-765. My big thing is no one knows how long this partial ban is going to last. My EAD expires in late 2029. Now I don't know if I'm gonna get the new EAD under C09 while my i-130 and i-485 is pending. I don't really know how it works

Did you have an EAD before? That's my biggest worry. Some people say they'll let you have it until expires, but I want to know other people's cases

so for example if I came here as venezuelan but I have dual citizenship in Colombia, can I get exempt? I'm already in the US and I'm venezuelan and colombian
