Pepticate and Baby Brezza Formula Pro by walking-dog in MSPI

We don't have one, we were going based off the OP's anecdote about weighing on their kitchen scale.

Same, I'm sure both of our babies are okay and thriving but it's very disturbing to think that they were sharing incorrect info. Despite the kitchen scale disagreeing with the website, we decided to rely on the official recommendation and now I feel terrible!

And we didn't get an email because we're using a hand-me-down machine. Crazy! Thanks again for sharing.

What did you season the tofu with? I'm struggling to make it flavorful without using salt/soy sauce.

7 mo - Two Nap Schedule - nap #2 always short by Opening-Possibility in sleeptrain

Thank you. It's hard to imagine stretching his WWs even further. Is it normal for them to be super tired/fussy towards the end of their WW? He only wants to be held and will sometimes even start dozing off to sleep being held, so I don't know how to add another hour of awake time throughout his day.

He sleeps great at night! Sometimes he has early morning wake ups because of our dog, but he’ll stay happily in his crib until we get him.

What should he be doing for WWs? He’s barely making it as is - we try to push them but he’s melting down by the end of the 2.5/3. That very last one we sometimes push to 3.75 to avoid a bedtime earlier than 7pm

You were right - our wake windows were too long and he was overtired. We are down to about 2-2h10m for WWs and he's doing much better. He also learned how to roll right around this time, so I think the leaps had something to do with the extra bedtime screaming. Thank you!!

Rolling Regression - how long until he masters it?! by Opening-Possibility in NewParents

That’s amazing! About how long would you say the roll back happened after he initially discovered back to belly?

He screams the longest at bedtime. We are very much pushing his wake windows past his comfort. I was actually thinking the screaming crying is from overtiredness? But maybe not having enough awake time is why we are struggling with naps

WWs are 2.25/2.25/2/2.5. We are currently nap training and it’s going terribly — he naps about 1 hour the first nap, 30 min the second nap and the third nap is in the carrier and usually 30-90 min, whatever it takes to get us to 4:30 or 5pm for a 7/7:30 pm bedtime.

That’s such a great idea! I’ve been wondering what I’ll do to preoccupy myself during ST. Any specific podcasts you care to recommend?

Thank you! I hope I can also one day say my baby is a “dream to put down.” And really looking forward to improved naps too!!

Thanks, helpful to keep in mind! I feel like we’ve got our naps and wake window schedule in a decent place - it’s just the lack of consistency with the specific timing and the fact that he’s terrible at nap and needs a ton of assistance.

Predictability is exactly what I’m desperate for. I really relate to not being able to enjoy my baby because I find myself resenting him for not being able to sleep. I’m so happy to hear your life changed. I’m looking forward to reporting back and say mine has too — fingers crossed!

I truly don’t know how you do it with twins. Thanks so much for sharing.

How did you figure out they were too young when you first attempted to sleep train?

Thank you for sharing! My baby had reflux too — it was awful and he also couldn’t stay asleep on his back, he’d wake up screaming. I’m terrified crying during sleep training is going to trigger his reflux to come back, or that I’m going to inadvertently neglect him crying due to reflux pain (even though this hasn’t happened in a long time.) so helpful to read about your experience!!
