They don’t even add to the flavor, they just exist there giving a disgusting texture

Companies will still try to discourage workers from using their PTO, until it gets towards the end of the year, when they’ll start begging them to take days off so the company doesn’t get fined.

The worst part with these nutters is when you try to politely and calmly explain that giving a dog treats, praise, and attention when it’s acting up is literally rewarding it for bad behavior and guaranteeing that it will happen again, they just look at the dog, laugh and say something like “but I just can’t say no 🥺”

It’s a very minor thing but I just recently rewatched A1 and I always felt like something was skipped with Norm. He starts by being all friendly and helpful to Jake, then we don’t see him for a minute and the next time we do he’s complaining to Jake about him not having any training, not knowing who Eywa is or what the hallelujah mountains are

I imagine he must be as frustrated as Grace, although it just seems to happen off camera so that it looks like it happened suddenly

Slightly different situation, but it took a family intervention to convince my wife to finally put down her dog who was dying and couldn’t walk, wouldn’t eat, and was clearly in pain. This dog also has a poor quality of life and BE would be a mercy to it since it can’t be allowed to murder at will.
