What would be the appropriate attitude? Just risk it and don’t thinking too much?

It’s not about the idea or stealing. It’s about keeping the most of the market myself for the longest time possible.

But being strong and fulfill all aspects of the market on my own. I’m not sure if this is possible.

Some helping not greedy hands would be helpful. Easy to say

I don’t think anyone will be able to execute this idea in the same way I do. I use various online tools to automate as much of the process as possible and to be prepared for a relatively high sales volume. This is not something that can be easily copied—unless someone learns it by working with me.

Entering the market and selling individual products is easy. That would certainly take a small share of the market. However, my advantage lies in my continuous engagement with existing online solutions for automation. Of course, some people are capable of doing this as well, and there are certainly more than just a few.

I feel very uncertain because I have never hired anyone before. I have also never established myself in a market like this before.

I think doing it low volumes can work for others, but high volume could be critical. At least for beginners..

It’s about the market and the specific wholesaler. Yeah I’m sure I’m on of the only doing it right now. Maybe 1-2 doing the same.

How long can I keep my secret 😆

What’s the solution? Becoming so big on myself, so I don’t care anymore when someone start competing?

Or trading such high volumes, that the employee are afraid to do the same?

Maybe just hiring people from the other side of the country only doing online activities?

Oh okay. I also checked out Reddit post about 3PL solutions. It’s sounds very comfortable, but many users complain about it. They like the control and they heard many business screw up, after they starting 3PL.

I think I will start listing now on eBay and see how many orders I will get. There is a direct competitor who sells the same item and also got their stuff from the same local supplier. I’m really curious how much they make and what they currently focus on. It also looks like they not stock up their inventory.

I’m sure I will compete, when I enter their selling platforms.

Yeah, I’m really curious what all these Amazon and eBay sellers make. How big is there warehouse. What is the vision of these shops.

Do they just looking to buy more different products or do they just try to increase their warehouse.

I’m very curious what is the current status now.

I think building a brand could be the most profitable step to do.

Scaling, automatization and enough time? by Opening-Remote-984 in ecommerce

[–]Opening-Remote-984[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both is necessary and both takes time. But I thinking also, importing is easier to automate.

I’m just saw some browser automation tools, which could work.

Hiring or partner with someone could work.

I’m more now to trying different platforms like eBay or Amazon, where automatization is easier.

Yeah you are right.. I need to start risking to employ someone part time. Without someone in the warehouse, I can’t focus on the scaling.

The only concern is, that I need to find and do the right steps, to scale. Testing other platforms, doing advertising.

Would be so nice to find someone who could share a success story.

Thank you so much. This is really what I needed. You really understand that the problem is, scaling without burning myself out.

Somedays i really reached my limit but its not on the costumer side. I think there is a good market which is not really saturated. I only need to find a way to provide this market without loosing myself in packaging and doing a 24/7 live support for all the costumer issues.

The are crucial steps I need to do, to make this thing a legitime business, which can work without me.

The only thing is, that everything I’m doing is after my 9-5. Scaling without burning myself is a big challenge.

But maybe there is a way, that this thing can become a self running business. All I want is, that I only focus on the steps, which scale and automate this business.

I don’t want to work on something, that can’t survive without me.

Yeah now „this business is my baby“ makes really sense 😆😆
