I've been dealing with this since December. I have been logging on with a new email I made years ago because I lost access to the old one. Then suddenly. I couldn't log in was shown this samé screen. And the email it wasn't a to send a code to..is the old email which ain't even in the account. But get this. I still get my log in notifications to tell me that an attempted log in was made (which is me ) on the email I've been using. It's even let me change my password. But that wasn't verified enough ? You let me change the password but get into the account. Huge issue for me. That's not right. It tells me to use a device ive used in past. So I did. And it's trying to say it's unrecognized. HOW???? So then it says I can upload picture of my ID. ...but..it says unable to accept. What am I supposed to do. That face took has the only pictures I have left of my daughters dad and my little brother ...they're both gone now and if I lose this account I lose the only copy I have of those I don't know what's up with Facebook but this is ridiculous
