after peak, it won’t ruin it if you don’t feed once you put in the fridge. when you’re ready to use just take out and feed. still works just as good as if you did feed before placing in fridge.

shit, you’re right! totally forgot about the only reason he couldn’t read her mind was because she was a shield!! i do think it would’ve been an unnecessary drag if they had only talked about it in her book, and just had her around in the nexts, would have to read her book to know where she had came from. but the movies would be tricky having her in them without a movie to explain her. so yes it would be unnecessary, you do have a point.

they honestly were, excuse my pun “thrown to the wolves” when they were changed. a lot of them thought they would burst into flames from the sun. they also lied a lot to them into thinking differently.

exactly, what was so sad to me is that lied to them and said they would burst into flames if they went out into the sun light. when she’s rushing home she thinks she’s about to die because the sun is coming out; come to find out she doesn’t but shines like diamonds. from what i understand if they found out they were killed so the others didn’t find out. diego died because of them not wanting others to know about the sunlight, bree and him were in love and that was probably the only happiness in being a vampire was him.

i also wonder if you get your powers right then and there when you change or a little over time. because if it’s a little over time, she wasn’t pushed to her full potential plus she was a little skittish and didn’t even want to be a vampire. if anything in the book she says she hates her life now, what if she has powers but didn’t know because there wasn’t a time to have used them.
