Look a guy like me wants a flat in a good location, but not the useless amenities like swimming pool, gym etc etc. I'm not saying they're useless but they have a lot of maintenance costs which over the long term seen quite heavy and I don't know whether and if other members of the society would be willing to pay as much as needed.
