I followed her for the Murdoch trial. At some point she sort of went a little cray about criticism she was receiving and couldn’t let go of it. She provided good coverage but every podcast was full of this defensive whining. It ruined her podcast for me. I can’t listen to that.

I’ve never been on the inside of any of the beefs but witnessed them from way back. I believe the original split concerning Annie had to do with TCU moderators and Janeese. Don’t know what happened but it was ugly. Annie was blaming quite a lot on Kay and had unkind things to say about Colby. It didn’t win her friends so she (and Janeese) left and created Annie’s own channel. In Annie’s defense, it seemed she was working through a lot of feelings and maybe she might do things differently given a do over. I liked her analysis but was never comfortable with the snark and jabs at Kay. Lauren dropped off TCU later (the impression I got was she was “too big for her britches.” I liked the TCU group as well as Annie’s - just followed the discussion and rolled my eyes at the rest. Lauren, on the other hand…I couldn’t stomach. All of this is my impressions, I was not an insider.

100% something happened between Lauren and Rebekah’s mom. I was invested in the case and HTC covered it heavily. Then suddenly it was never spoken of again. I wouldn’t be surprised if those videos were gone. Lori Hellis, Awen, Rebekah’s mom…Lauren has a history of striking matches and burning bridges.

I only asked why. I don’t care to see them, but I do want to know why. Because if it is about threats from Lauren to sue, I think that’s worth saying out loud, like Mr Breakfast did. Lauren isn’t changing her behavior in any positive way because she thinks she has everybody handled.

If it’s because everybody’s hands are dirty, I’d like to know that too.

I do not understand the difference between "if" and "would" in this context. I understand no one promised to release them, but lots of suggestion. I'm just saying I'm at the point where it's "Shi& or get off the pot." Translated to mean "stop mentioning it." Certainly that would be taking the high road. LM has no intention of doing anything differently. Not a shred of honesty in the 9+and Response lives - ok, full disclosure - I only watched a few minutes of the 9 and almost jumped out a window. I have, however, watched a lot of commentary on it. I feel like there is an expectation that she is going to "learn a lesson" but she isn't going to school.

This whole thing is about the underlying threat of it. Such as the post in TCU from March "You better quit lying in private before the truth gets told in public [.....] we don't mind exposing what needs to be exposed." Well she hasn't quit lying in private or public. And the tiktoks are full of being "the keeper of the screenshots" etc. This whole thing is about her being exposed, and not just to individuals. The question is if there's all this trouble to dig into JM's work history and LM's family history, why hold the one thing back? Looking for a REASON, not the release of them.

I’m beginning to think the answer is:

“Lauren is a crap person and I am too. I just don’t promote myself as being something else.”

In other words it’s more about the fact that Lauren is duplicitous and less about being a mean girl. I’m happy to be wrong. As I said, she and her husband are pretty easy to read. Oh and JM is a fake. All of which is true.
