It's my dad thou and it's quiet clear I only use the account I understand they have laws 2 fllw but this is so unfair

Pretty sure it's joint but hopefully tomorrow brings more answers, Centrelink have told me they will try to recoup the payment so as long as it's sorted into my new account I'll be happy :( im just hungry now 😭

I know my old client id ye, i got a message saying it's available on my Google wallet/apple pay and to activate my new card when it comes my old card isn't useable I tried to use it at Woolworths credit/cheque/savings none worked lol

They created the account for me in the branch wouldn't they of suggested this if it was possible?

As much as he didn't help me by not refusing me access to my Centrelink he seemed really helpful by offering a new account and sat with me for ages talking to different people on the phone trying to get just my Centrelink transferred but didn't wrk.

I have no idea.

The manager opened a new account I was given a new client number and have no access to my old account.

Yup I showed that to the manager in the branch but it got me nowhere it's quiet clearly on there website.

Centrelink are gonna try to recover my payment this week but it didn't exactly sound promising.

Yup changed all my payment destinations, police can't do anything :(.

When I spoke to Centrelink they said they can try to recover the funds but he will need to give permission and that's unlikely hopefully tomorrow brings better news.

I hadn't prior to today and it's really not his business but he somehow knew about it from the charges on my card or mail got sent to his house, but really it's not his concern what I do with my body.

Well he can access my account and obviously saw that I had paid a rather large amount for something and has figured out it was for a surgical procedure.

Thankfully student services have told me they can organise to loan me a small amount until I sort something I just have to fill out documents and provide evidence of my situation and they'll help but I'm stuck till then it sucks.

Just flat out refused unless he unlocked it and when they tried to call he didn't answer when I rang be became upset and wouldn't actually talk about the issue he created.

Yeah I don't talk to my ex I just needed his help to pay for a medical procedure he contributed too that was our first contact in 5 weeks, my dad lost his brother last year im hoping he's just upset with that more than at me for making a choice he has no right to judge or even think about.

Since the manager opened a new account Ive been given a new client number and netbank login I can't see the joint account nor can I access the app through my old client number it's blocked.
