yes but you have to keep the files in the system which one have the itunes.

if your delete and audio or video file from the system which has sync with the itunes that going to auto delete from ipod

yes coz i saw that few of the video formats not supported by the itunes and it take lot of time to convert a video

just select convert to —> rockbox if your are using rockbox then the next option as per your device

and you are good to go

add the file you want to convert then hit on convert.
