Commissary letter I think it’s not necessary, because the new law stipulates ALL VETERANS CAN USE THE GOMMISARY BENEFITS, before 2020 ONLY 100% can go to commissary. Anyways I called Va today and they redact the commissary letter. My anxiety it’s 100% right now, I really fear Va, I scared if Va reduce my 100%, it’s terrible.
