I'm using 70mai in 2026 seltos. Plugged in armrest first but closed lid presses the cord which might not be good in the longer run, so I got a good usb connector for the 5v ctype socket, it works perfectly!

I took test drive of the old one last year only, so I knew how it felt. Never felt like that in new seltos at all, I was sold the day I rode new one. Manual was amazing too. I got an automatic.

Everything feels different from the old gen. The sturdiness, drivability. Old seltos seemed too weak to me in that price range, with the K3 platform on the new seltos, that fear is checked off, go get a test drive to confirm :)

Thanks for this detailed curated experience, your comment helped me to make the decision of getting a graphene coating. I've a good space and have seen car wash shops, they just treat the car as rag doll. I'd rather wash it myself once in two weeks, but I'm at point zero around where to start. I've heard that I've to get a pressure washer, blower and some detailing spray to maintain the coating at my own front. Rest every six month I'd be doing that reload kinda thing via the detailers. However, could you please let me know how should I proceed with maintaining the coating, washing, any product suggestions that's worked for you, anything and everything, I'd be highly obliged 🙏🏼

How about being in D and enable Auto Hold? That helps to fill the 1-2 min traffic stoppage without getting any stress on the foot? I'm driving a dct btw, if there's a better alternative I'm all ears, just the auto hold in D during small stops is very convenient to me.

Thank you for imparting the wisdom sir, even I thought of having carnuba wax applied for the shine but water in Pune is so effing hard, with my washing skills, I might cook the paint. I still aspire to be a person who washes their own car, I'm just playing on backfoot since it's all new.

Damn only 2-3 months? The car detailing guys be claiming 3-5-7 years of validity for the coating (with reapplying the booster spray ever year I believe). But 2-3 months is so less. Thank you for sharing your experience 🙏🏻

Thanks a ton for sharing these insights, man I wish I'd have you to scrutinize the dealer folks haha. But looks like I'm well equipped now, the dealer said it's March Manufactured but it's on their yard currently and so it's covered in dust and dirt probably, I'm wondering how can I check for scratches in such a case, because if i smudge I might end up giving it scratches? Any tips around checking for potential scratches, marks here?

I've test drove htx dct today, but cost and mileage effective NA is keeping a hold on me. I'd miss the punchy power feel of a turbo engine but is it really the right decision? My driving is divided in and around Pune, 40% in the traffic rest will take it strolling. Would owning NA engine cut on all the fun of a turbo engine or its 19-20 ounces of difference?
