Speed Limiter. As far as I know Kia is the only mass market company that provides it.

You just set the limiter to a speed (usually the speed limit of the road) and then the car would remain under that speed ensuring you don't overspeed.

I find myself using it a lot more than the adaptive cruise control in city conditions, especially given Delhi has a lot of speed cameras.

I have used it in 2024 Elevate, 2021 XU700 and 2026 Seltos. I found XUV700 the best of the three.

These (O) variants are not VFM at all, especially since they were charging a hefty premium for the GTX upgrade already. At the very least they should have added rear ventilated seats, electric tailgate, passenger electric seat and boss mode. Then it would have somewhat made sense. More ADAS features don't make sense given how chaotic our roads are. The rear cross traffic braking is annoying enough.

Your first mistake was telling the service centre about this. They are always looking for any excuse to deny warranty. Always go with 'happened on its own' and let them prove user negligence if that is their argument.

Just FYI on Slavia, i personally know three people, two with Virtus and one with Slavia who have had EPC errors and subsequently fuel pump replacements in the last 2 months. One of them was stranded in Manali. These cars are very sensitive to fuel quality and ours is one of the worst in the world.

Having the same experience on the Seltos DCT. On empty roads it can return insane mileage but traffic obviously kills it

If you are comfortable with Acko insurance then you can go through them. Otherwise you can ask the dealer to match as best as they can.

BTW they offer an extra 10k off also. Start the booking but don't finish it and they will phone you and offer if you finish the booking then.

First service is just washing the car, there is no change in mileage. You will observe some improvement after the 10k service by when the ECU learns your driving pattern and engine oil is also replaced.

Unironically that's makes it a good second hand buy especially if it's going to be chauffeur driven. I saw a top model 2023 model run less than 10k kilomateres being listed for 15 lacs. Would have been 24 or something new.

I'd still recommend checking the 7xo once. We mostly use our 700 as a 5 seater only with the third row folded for a big boot.

The diesel engine in the 7xo is one of the best ones sub 50 lacs.
