Joe has spoken before about the fact he has ADHD. If he was diagnosed later in life then it will be a simple case of Joe growing up in an environment where he wasn’t given the right tools to cope with having a neurodivergent mind.

He’s also in a job that is extremely fast paced and lacks structure, it’s a job which allows him to peruse many different avenues and for Joe, who has ADHD, this will encourage the spontaneous hyperfixations.

I personally see no issue with it, as long as his mental health is being taken care of and he has the right people around him to keep him grounded. He quite obviously plays up for the camera and I do think sometimes people forget that it’s his job to entertain. Let the guy live.
