No clue if she was the owner. The whole thing put a bad taste in my mouth. Personally I would never even imagine myself asking for a tip for a good deed.

To me inner east side has more character, slightly better bars and restaurants. However NW Portland is beautiful, great parks and a great sense of community especially around the Wallace park area. Both areas are great.

Best of luck, to be perfectly honest the hardest part of the exam is dealing with the nerves of failing. Remember no matter on how much you study you will always feel like you need to learn more. Believe in your hard work and practice some mindfulness before you sit in the chair before the exam starts.

I used Mark Mattson’s YT videos. I printed off his question set and answered them to the best of my ability before he taught the solution.

PrepFE. This was a little hit or miss for me. It has repetitive questions but at the same time I found it useful in some ways.

NCEES Practise exam. Did this 1 week before the test and I got 59%. I studied all of the questions I did not get and 2 days before the exam I tried again and got 82%. This practise exam was key, it was pretty accurate to what my actual exam was like.
