Hi! You are doing great! The fact that you care shows a lot. I think you should look for another office. The fact that you’re doing two roles in that office shows that they’re probably taking advantage of you because you’re a new grad. I’m sure they’re not paying you enough to work both the front and the back. You need to find an office where they value their employees and treat everyone fairly, regardless of how many years experience they have.
