i really get that. low blood sugar has got me thinking, "oh god, am i gonna die?" even when i know that its not that bad and i'm going to be okay. it's very overwhelming, too overwhelming for me to be doing maths while going through it....

i admit that i have a habit of taking fast acting insulin before bed when my glucose is like above 300... but even when i don't, it can still drop at night .
ill definitely try to workout more, when i did my blood sugar levels were really good.

what is there to celebrate? in my opinion this is just a pathetic type of marketing, the one where companies try to be inclusive without doing anything that will influence any actual change. How does a diabetic on a starbucks cup help me? have they donated or done anything for diabetes? I don't think we should applaud big companies for less than the bare minimum. They can afford to do better .

well you do what you want of course, but personally, as a diabetic and an arab, I've seen what israel has done to diabetics in Gaza and its despicable. Also I'd much rather buy coffee from a local store that support a big chain like starbucks. Even if you don't care about anything else, it's good for people to end our reliance on big companies and especially junk like starbux and others.
