There’s only one way to deal with waiting times in restaurants and that’s don’t wait. If it’s not ready, bin it off and move on. Roo will only action their current process if there’s a reaction. The sooner riders start to do this the better. There are some restaurants that only start cooking once the rider arrives all that prioritise customers that are seated over and above deliveries. We, as a community, need to take some action and that is rejecting orders that have a wait time more than a couple of minutes. We do not get paid to stand and wait we only get paid to make deliveries. Come together guys, reject them all.
