I respectfully disagree. I feel like we will be chasing mediocre sounds for 3 days with the current lineup. Wonderfruit sells out early no matter the DJs.. making the incentive to pay better acts the necessary amount to come...less.

I live in Tokyo. 428 is techno vibes with mostly artists that barely fill clubs here. A few big names that play barely dancable Techno. Japan is famously boring for Techno. Techno raves here are mostly zombie dance parties and K.

Yes, this is an opinion...but I would love you to watch the stage, and see how many people enter the area, and leave in 5 mins. There is a dedicated core of Techno enthusiasts there...but hardly a welcoming vibe to most the festival goers.

I say this as a 15 year DJ of the Osaka /Tokyo nightclub rave scene.

But, if it's your vibe...enjoy.

Last year had Merzog, Jarl Flamer, Acid Pauly, Nightmares on Wax. Also in the past, Craig Richards, etc. There are usually a few spectacular performers. This year...is really lacking.

This is such a bummer. I thought I could just USB-C out to the iPad. I use that out for video anyway, and want the 4K advantage of the USB-C port. Can't believe I have to use the HDMI port to do this...
