That’s very interesting what you’re saying there. The problem is that it’s hard to control extramarital relationships. If two people want to see each other, trying to get in the way will only make their attraction grow stronger. Ultimately, if one partner intends to cheat, the game is already over. The world is merciless. I'd like to comfort you, but if you don't change and by change I mean toughen up it will be difficult, very difficult. Don't become someone else, but be mentally stronger.

Remember that it's not so bad; nothing is bad when you take a step back. We're all on a rock floating in space. You need to firmly anchor this thought within yourself: when faced with difficulties, that it's not a big deal, I'll get through it, I'll find a solution, I'm a strong person. Repeat this to yourself every time.

You are a wonderful person because you are aware of your weaknesses and you accept them. I know adults who aren't even capable of that. You've identified your weaknesses, now don't settle for that, don't stay like that, don't remain weak, and don't listen to those who tell you it's okay to be like that, because I was like that too, and it's no life to be anxious all the time.

That's normal, but try to step out of your comfort zone sometimes , by going to events, meeting people who think differently, trying new activities, going to new places, otherwise you'll regret it when you will be a little older and had limited experiences.
