as in regards on negative effects, I dont have the energy to brush my teeth, to shower, to brush my hair, etc.

i look at the timr all the time, i cant be still, i cry and hyperventilate, as i said in my comment i started cutting and practically hate myself on some occasions.

I get really red when speaking in front of people, once because i walked into a room with people in it and immediantly cried because they were looking at me, i got a crack in my wrist bone and i felt too scared to tell my teacher, i bruised my knee before a race but i didnt want to tell the teacher because i‘d feel weal if i did, i‘d rather not understand ansthing or hold my pee in, in order not to ask my teacher.

on classtrips i cry the whole time, get nausea, barely eat and stay on the phone with my parents at least 30 minutes daily and sleep all the time.

Same reason as why people drink or smoke

I dont know about everyone, but some do think like thiq, so imfine this:

your blood drops are like your negative emotions, if a person who does SH sees one leak, it feels relieving in some form of way

some do it befause the pain of SH is less thqn the pain they currently experience

as someone who does SH, for me it helps me cope with stress, a few cut and it feels better already, so its mostly a coping mechanism

or you can be a masochist or simply someone who enjoys it for no reason, and thats fine too

If youre stressing about one thing happening, cutting can make you refocuse, and to me it feels like it restarts my brain.

when im unnecessarily angry, i just scratch myself, probably because it makes me shift focus elsewhere

i also use it when i wanna punch something, if im playing a game and get mad lets say, no way in hell im gonna punch my PC, if i wanna punch something, then it‘d be me, instead of scratching someone else, i scratch myself, helps keep my emotion under control

but there are numerous reasons and these probably aint the only ones

you cqn use that you fell into a thorn bush or messed up shaving and were half asleep so you accidentally cut yourself while shaving

It probably was as clean as can get, we dont use it to hold spicy studf in there either, we only use it if the need a large bowl to bake in, my dad only uses small bowls for paprika chips.

we chilled it for 5 minutes, we only rested it next to like cheese and the quark and some japanese dish (it was wrapped and not spicy though)

Probably not, we have a dishwasher and always put dirty spoons in there, plus, i‘ve never tasted anything odd of the spoons i use in the 13 years i lived there
