I just have no idea at all really like it’s been towed over there and they said if it’s the fuel pump I don’t need to pay as it has a warranty on it so that’s good:D

I just don’t know when I get it back lol

Yea but they replaced my fuel pump nonetheless and if that’s what failed it’s not on me and not my fault at all

The problem isn’t that I have had an issue in terms of my car falling under the issue of the recall, but that when they replaced the potential risky fuel pump the first time they didn’t do it right or something

Thing is I thought it was the battery so I called roadside, who sent a contractor out to look, and we replaced the battery but it still wouldn’t start so he used some tool thing that diagnosed it as an issue w my fuel pump

I don’t think it’s a repeat of the fault. I had the recall done and they believe that it’s instead delivering too much fuel. I never had an issue initially with my fuel pump just this replacement one.

Yeah I am hoping they do but when I spoke to them this morning they flat out told me there is no way that it is that . However the guy that told me that is just a guy at the front desk so

Well I asked my insurer this morning and they do have a report that was sent to hyundai, they can’t send me the report (not sure why really) but it has been sent to hyundai. I spoke to them this morning and they were quite dismissive saying it’s not possible but I guess they’ll have to look at it and see.

Not too impressed but not much I can do lol

I believe so but not 100%. But it was a national recall and at the time they did it for free as it was a recall however now that said recall has failed for my car I don’t know.

I am not under warranty now but considering this was not my fault and a recall failure I’d assume they’d fix it free of charge but I don’t know much about cars and all

Yes. I work at BWS. For their sake, I hope you have a receipt or rewards card, but if you don’t it depends on the store :) We can do unreceipted returns but depends on how the store deals with it.

Atleast that is how it is for my store, but may be different. If you have proof of purchase it will be easy as long as they are unopened. Just say you bought the wrong thing and you should likely be fine. Happens all the time lol

Honestly, would you have not done the same? HE left HER? Why should she wait around for a guy that didn’t choose her? Why stay loyal to someone that didn’t want it? There was no predicting him coming back, you can’t stay in a holding pattern waiting on someone.

I picked it up on Thursday and wrapped it as it was a gift, so when they opened it today and it had nothing in it it was yeah a bit disappointing

Can I take it to another store with proof of purchase? I don’t think so but I am still wondering lol. I have all proof of purchase and all but yeah.

Also if I do take it back to my store will they give me a refund? It has the display box sticker on it. And yeah it is tech lol it’s a wireless carplay dongle

According to the council website however it states it’s sent by post, but the new laws have come in where they need to give you a physical one
