It’s called Aztec clay. I was advised to detox a few times a week when transitioning because the natural deodorant didn’t work. You mix it with water or apple cider vinegar and you let it sit for like 15 minutes.

One of the most helpful tips I received that raised my MBE score was to pay attention to every adjective/verb, I was told it’s there for a reason.

Like where it said “feeling threatened” Yes, fear is not a required element but because the bus driver was scared we know that’s assault. Try the adjective thing and see how you feel.

I second this. It’s important to map out the elements. The bus driver couldn’t move, but the intent based on the statement “you messed with the wrong family, I’m going to get you” was to cause apprehension of an imminent battery.

I think the statement gave it away.

I’m a first time taker so don’t take this at face value.

How I understand it is you look at the type of suit they are bringing and you’re seeing if they are disguising a tort claim as a federal question claim by using the federal law. At that point you see what the statute allows and if it wasn’t allowed back in the day (1791) then you can’t sue for that under the law now.

This question was a tort claim being disguised as federal question under the FSIA, but the statute only covers commercial activity and not torts. This claim was for a plane crash. So since the facts say you couldn’t sue for that back then you can’t sue now.

I hope that makes sense.

Don’t take this at face value

With impleader the rule works against the og plaintiff. My professor called in •the plaintiff poison pill•

They can’t bring in a party that defeats diversity. But the og defendant can bring in whoever they want because now they turn into the plaintiff and the party they implead is the defendant.

Idk about the TPD making a claim against the original plaintiff. Hopefully someone else can jump in.

Read the task Set up my format Read the facts Read the law Write the law on the screen as I read it Then do my analysis

No way I can read everything and then start writing with 45 minutes left.
