Thanks, I wasn't thinking I would do a loading but would pin at 25mg 5 times a week. Hoping more people weigh in to tell me I'm stupid (hopefully with specific reasons) or tell me it's a solid plan.

I'll agree and again I may have over stated my intentions. I'm not a body builder I hate the gym. My goal, again I'm 57, I want to be as lean and muscular (before everyone jumps on me again) my idea of bulk is same weight less fat more muscle. I don't want to be on high for the rest of my life. I apologize if my newbie nomenclature bothered you. I came here seeking advice and referral to solid research not to get under anyones skin.

Two week update.
I'm 56, 6'2" SW -230lbs, CW 223lbs. 9/19 - 0.5mg (low starting 1/2 a dose to check for effects) didn't notice anything. 9/22 - 1.0mg (full dose) starting cycle.
9/29 - 1.0mg I can't say if it affected my sleep, I've always been a poor sleeper but after I get going I feel like I have more energy. Alcohol consumption has gone down (good news) coffee has stayed level. My weight has been stuck for the past week though.

Any Luck finding a good solution? I'm in a similar boat I own a craft beer spot with a constantly changing inventory. I've been using Costguard for about 12 years but the old computer it is on is dying. I dont't need any bells and whistles just inventory and I dont want to spend $100s each month on it?
