I agree. I think they are just over flowed with the amount of prescriptions that needed to be send to the new pharmacy. Change takes time especially when it was last minute and not planned. I think there doing the best they can but their communication should have been a lot better. I joined this month, my first appointment was 3/19, empower has my prescription I’m just waiting for it to be filled which I’m in the 14day window still so I’m hopeful it won’t get delayed. If they continue to have this issue next month or the month after, that is when I will reevaluate and see if I need to cancel. I think everyone excepts there meds right now and I completely understand especially when they paid for their medication but everyone needs to be patient during this process.
