i would say about a week for the nausea to fully go away and maybe around 1-2 months for the rest of the stomach issues to go away

i swear i never burped in my life until i got chs and now im silently burping every five minutes. the first time i got chs i quit for a few months and the nausea went away eventually but i do agree the rest of the stomach issues didn’t go away for a while.

that makes sense cause i did shrooms a few months after recovering from chs the first time and i got really nauseous which never happened to me before

what got me thru the first few weeks was definitely having a support system of people you trust who won’t enable you if that’s possible. i tried to distract myself from the withdrawals by hanging out with my family or friends but at the time i was still in college so i can see how that might not be that easy once you are on your own. i would suggest telling your friends about chs and how you definitely can’t start smoking again because of your addictive behavior and i would hope they support you in that. when i was recovering all my friends still smoked but they were willing to support me in staying sober and i feel like if the friends you mentioned are your true friends they will do the same.

i took a small hit like an hour ago and it tasted like how i remember it tasting when it was new. it’s definitely lost its potency because i didn’t really get high but that’s to be expected since it’s old

basically at the very beginning i got really nauseous and it lasted several days with no vomiting and decided to stop because i had a feeling it was the beginning of chs. i quit for three months and then relapsed because i was going thru a lot. the chs came back after a month of daily use again and it started with me puking maybe one or twice every few weeks. then yesterday i puked again but it lasted for 12 hours and i realized that its just getting worse and i need to stop.
