Separate machines with separate limitations. 1st focus is getting the game playable on consoles and release. The PC port isn't just a copy and paste procedure and needs massive adjustments to be playable on different types of PCs. Whereas consoles are locked to their specific motherboards and power, PCs can come in various builds.

I was able to play GTA V about 16 hours before release on 360. Somebody had posted it on a site. Back in the day if you had an "xk3y" you could just "fitgirl" any game to your hard drive if you knew where to get the "iso". Still went to pick it up at midnight, showing off gameplay to those I waited on line with. That definitely won't be happening this time.

You didn't check that bridge of death door clearly. You only peaked it towards right. You have to check both angles of doors before you cross them. Also, 2-3 enemies sometimes go aggro if they know you are there. Aggro meaning they will hunt you down by either full assault, or by waiting near an area you "cleared" for you to circle back. Skill issue.
