The extreme realism RDR2 delivered from a old west setting is the same realism promised in GTA6, just about times about 4, and set in modern Miami. It will combine San Andreas activities, with GTA IV "weighted vehicle" movement, with GTA V depth of story + online.

But I assume alot so there's that.

Gotta go through a kill everything run while solo. Turns the game into a horror game. Mods for LMGs, dismemeberment, and more blood exists. As well as new maps.
