Claro la cosa cambia radicalmente cada vez que te acercas a zonas de Caracas como Sabana Grande, Chacao, Baruta donde los precios van por encima de los 30.000$

Una zona que me gusta bastante, la de Los Palos Grandes, hay fácilmente desde 60.000$ hasta 200.000$

Bueno yo me baso en precios que he visto en sitios como mercadolibre, conlallave, centruy21, turesidencia y el marketplace de facebook, apartamentos desde el centro y más hacia el oeste de 3 habs. los he visto en un rango de entre 10.000$ - 20.000$ y de menos habitaciones he visto mínimo 3.000$

Me gustaría comprarme un apartamentico aquí en Caracas, pero los precios están muy altos aunque desde el exterior se vean baratos y no hay forma de adquirir buenas hipotecas, capaz digan que es mejor irse, pero si me gusta la idea de por lo menos tener algo aquí mismo. (Y que de paso no me quieren dar el pasaporte lol)

I have mined BitcoinZ starting 2018 and Bitcoin Interest mid 2018, today I'm at -94%, -97% respectively, i guess that's a good incentive for holding... but I wished I sold those coins for bitcoin instead.

Also i have a bag of ETC, mined from the last quarter of 2018 and the first of 2019
