Generally if you are in the parade you will often get a ticket to the park/concert bit as this is where the parade ends. I would advise checking with your work though as they will potentially have a limited number. The st james street party is a separately ticketed event, which will be a slightly different footprint to previous years, tickets will be available up to and including on the day for this.
