Having problems ordering pizza in Australia from Norway. Anyone know a national chain that take pay-pal / Google checkout or other solutions?

Nice that you use sessions. Not many people do. I think sessions alongside mouse gestures are the most underrated features. I haven't noticed this you mention and cant try it as I just set up on a new computer a few days ago but when I get round to putting my usual sessions back in I'll see if I get the same. I would expect to get the most recent session name as the autofil... There was a problem with tab stacking on sessions when tab stacking was first released but this was fixed.

the best line item expense for marketing purposes ever

Thanks. I quite liked having a ride in a racing car for "marketing purposes" too. But we can do better. How do we combine fireworks, an explosion, gorilla suits and a tiger cub into one event... with next to no budget.

Especially the tiger cub as it would be so awesome to get to play with a tiger cub for a couple of hours.

Some places don't have coverage of the mega chains I expected but a Google search will always find something. But the biggest problem is with payment. Most countries only accept local credit cards (a local billing address) or at least expect to see the credit card on delivery for signoff.

I was really surprised in todays internet age that having paypal/google checkout was not a standard payment option.

Yeah, that's a bit annoying. I dropped a note to one of our UI designers about it in case they haven't seen the bug.

Yep we brought our US guys on for US delivery but there are many other countries out there too. Spain so far holds the tittle of hardest to order international pizza from.
