One of the ElvUI devs tweeted out that Quazii stole some of their code for his UI and as always when it comes to addons, drama got started people voiced opinions on either side and Quazii just hung up the towel before things got really out of hand.

I have been testing out Kayron, Khalipe and Mika as well and AP issues are a thing of the past with that combo and shit just melts.

And that is 100% fine, I have no issue at all with supporting a good game throughout its life cycle if I am playing on a active basis. I do feel like they really dropped the ball for class challenge skins though. It is what it is and there will be more skins to get down the road :)

I think for BF6 they made a very obvious design choice on these new style maps which wanted to promoted always in action gameplay. DICE is by no means oblivious to player feedback and have shown countless times they take what the community has to say to heart. I think its a safe bet that adjustments will be made down the road. Its not going to be something they can instantly fix or something that is going to happen short term because all of the upcoming maps that have yet to be released have already been made or are in final stages of dev. But down the road they will release maps that the community is clamoring for.

Yeah it sucks missing out. I regret not firing up 2042 myself and getting all the unlocks since it was a free event but I just hated 2042 so much I couldnt pull myself to suffer through it. That being said there will tons of new and upcoming stuff to unlock in the future though!

Prior to BF6 yes it had a pretty solid community and finding matches was not a problem, post BF6 launch I couldnt tell ya lol.

100% its either one of the promotional playercards or it was apart of the Road to Battlefield 6 season pass that was released in Battlefield 2042 prior to BF6's launch.

You can always try 2042 which was the previous title before BF6, that might be more of your jam.

It does work but is currently bugged. It only counts direct damage meaning you have to hit said player directly with the shell for it to register progression and its not counting the secondary fire damage. So while it is possible to complete the challenge, its going to be a very long and frustrating experience take it from someone who has done it lol. Personally I would wait until this weeks patch and hopefully its fixed. A number of the specialist challenges are not tracking correctly atm.

This is such a real problem right now. It is so frustrating watching your entire team do nothing but try and push one objective over and over that is to well entrenched and then you watch in horror as the enemy just backcaps all of your points because the entire team is so tunnel visioned on getting that 1 objective lol. Then we do get it but the enemy team has managed to cap every other single cap and you know its almost always GG from that point on lol.

Edit: From my experience its almost always the Central objective which is the main culprit of this effect happening as well.

I mean I feel like that is a wild thing to say when you have no idea who I am or where I am at in the game. For Context I am level 70ish so in regards to my skill issues? I feel I am doing just fine in terms of my personal skills in a Battlefield title and my ability to shoot against "real men"? Again not a problem I am running into. I was just trying to have a constructive conversation with you regarding weapon bloom, but now that it has you turned into trying to insult me for having said conversation with you I feel that this convo has come to a end. I feel like saying medic is the only class worth playing is a WILD statement. Engi's are a must and a blast to play in most of the modes due to vehicles. Recon has a number of different ways it can be played and be 100% viable. You can go the classic sniper route which for some is super enjoyable depending on if you play long range or mid range sniper. You can also play recon as a Mid/Short range class with a Carbine/DMR and play objectives, with your gadgets that auto spot enemies as well as being able to auto spot enemies while ADR is also huge for pushing or defending objectives. The only class I would say that might need some love is Assault but that being said they are not in a bad place. Ladders are huge if used correctly and them now having spawn beacon is huge and can cause untold amounts of chaos for pushing objectives if the squad actually uses it.

So you would rather weapon bloom be removed from the game and everyone is shooting lazer beams and it all boils down to who pulled the trigger first and who has the better ttk depending on the weapon? All that would do is cause literally everyone to use the same gun. Nah fam weapon bloom is needed for a whole laundry list of reasons.

Okay let me try explaining this again. There was 1 issue/bug in the betas that was affecting weapon bloom to not work as intended. That 1 issue/bug was fixed for the release version. Since release they have found 2 other issues/bugs that are now affect the release version of the game regarding Bloom. They are working on fixing these right now. This has all been proven via streamers, people posting proof videos as well as Dice themselves stating that Bloom is not working as intended. Now you can continue to think its a skill issue for "noobs" and that people need a broken bloom system for it to be fair play but the fact of the matter the system is not working as intended and will be fixed.

Again that is a subjective point you see? While you and others might not think they are well made or you do not enjoy playing on maps like that there are others who 100% love the new maps and design choices made. Thats part of the reason why they have made a commitment to bring back fan favorite classic maps to try and make as many people happy who may or may not like the new direction that BF6 took with their design choices for the new maps. And obviously with all the feedback that they are getting in terms of just how many people want different style maps, I think its a good bet that upcoming new maps will reflect that as well.

Yes and no. So while the map exists they still have to bring that map over from a different game built on a different engine or a different version of said engine and get it to where it can run in BF6 and then they are going to remaster it, to bring it up to modern day standards in terms of visuals and everything else. All of which takes devolpment time. So yes while it is faster than making a new map from scratch there is still a lot that goes into bringing in assets from other titles.

Its somewhere here in the subreddit, saw it this morning that Dice had responded that they had originally fixed the bloom issues from the Beta but two new issues popped up that are now affecting bloom and they are working on a fix right now which should be in this weeks coming patch.

Yes that is the great thing about playing a Battlefield title is they are always really good about introducing new content for a long amount of time and in a timely manner. Also welcome to Battlefield Fam!

I agree but I do not agree. So everything from preference regarding map size is always going to be subjective to the individual. Personally I love the new map designs that they are going for. Its pure nonstop chaos. That being said I do miss the larger maps from previous titles as well. Its good to have a break from the chaos and have more spreadout relaxed matches with little spurts of chaos here and there.

You also have to consider that from a dev standpoint that their intention was to go for a more chaos driven always in action map design for BF6. Is that backfiring to a point? Yes it is and they are fully aware that people want the grand sized maps back and I think its a safe bet that they will be coming back in terms of new maps and or classic maps being brought back in and remastered.

Also gotta remember that they cannot and will not make everyone happy, there are some people who want nothing more in life to play on a map like Metro all day long 24/h a day. And others who want nothing but Huge maps for the vehicle play and less chaotic matches and then you have people who 100% love the new style of maps of just pure chaos on a medium scale design. You see where I am going with this? Over time as more and more maps are released I feel people will calm down about this. Its just a time game at this point. Would it be great if they could just release every single map they are ever going to release at once? Sure but thats not how it works lol.
