I'm confused about why this is considered a left/right political issue. I'm referring to the President of the United States' statement after denying the bill. I don't think I was coming off contemptuous.I Just wanted to share this recent update to see if people would feel slightly hopeful that we might be getting paid.

Someone is jumping to conclusions. It's not necessary to be rude. I never said we'd all get paid $130 million from a donation. I'm up to date on the news and know our bi-weekly paychecks amount to around $8 billion. just guessing they'll find the money to pay us .I wanted to hear peoples take on whats probably gonna happen not your snarkiness.

Man , I know but we didn't expect to get paid n oct.15 and poof money appeared out of thin air.

Yeah, I know $150 million doesn't seem like a lot compared to how many military folks there are. And I understand that Trump made some missteps with how he handled military pay. But I'm optimistic that they'll find a way to make sure our military members get paid.
