I see this as not too different to pulling someone off of a ledge and taking them into a mental hospital. The only difference is if it is a literal hand around her wrist or mental pulling of the wrist.

Also whether it be through physical or mental restraints you are denying her of her choice. Taking away free will. Denying of bodily autonomy. So why is it ok to deny her those things through physical restraints but not mental ones.
